All our studio holders receive;
– Gas central heating throughout, with thermostat controls in each studio.
– 24 hour access to the building,
– A secure premises, fitted with burglar alarm system, CCTV, and double locks on each studio door.
– As much tea and coffee as you like!
– A communal room for meetings, lunch, or just taking a break
– A sun filled garden for communal use
– Fully fitted shared kitchen
– Local Dulcie (formally Haeckles) products throughout
– High speed fibre broadband, with hardwired boosters on each floor, for exceptional internet connection across the building.
– All amenities are included in the monthly rental price, (heating, electricity, water, commercial waste collection).
– A bookable meeting room on the ground floor (*free for studios holders – see meeting room page for details ).
– A friendly, relaxed, welcoming environment; accompanied dogs and children welcome!
